Osaka ist mit über 2,7 Mio. Einwohner und 17,5 Mio. Einwohner im Ballungsgebiet ist es die die zweitgrößte Stadt Japans und Mittelpunkt der Kansai Region. Meine Japan Reisen brachten mich nun schon drei Mal nach Osaka. Die Stadt lebt durch seine multikulturellen Einflüsse dank des Hafens sowie internationalen Großflughafens, seine lauten Vergnügungsviertel und bunten Shoppingmalls. Für viele ist die Stadt jedoch nur ein toller Ausgangpunkt zu vielen in der Nähe liegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Dabei lohnt es sich auch die Stadt Osaka zu erkunden. Hier meine „ 10 Dinge die du in Osaka getan haben solltest“:

In den letzten Wochen war es doch leider ganz ruhig hier. Wer mir auf Insta folgt weiß, dass ich nicht komplett abwesend war. Ich habe die Zeit genutzt und auch gebraucht für mich! Durch den Umzug und meinen neuen persönlichen Zielen und meinem Fulltime Job habe ich einfach zeitlich andere Prioritäten setzten müssen. In den vergangen Woche en war ich außerdem wieder zurück in meiner „Heimat“ - Urlaub in Japan!

In the last few weeks it was quite quiet here. Who follows me on Insta knows that I was not completely absent. I used the time and also needed for me! Through my move and my new personal goals and my fulltime job, I simply had to set other priorities in time. In the past week I was also back in my "home"-  holiday in Japan!

Travel Run \\ Time out in Andalusia #2 – Sightseeing

Nach unserem doch recht abenteuerlichen Urlaub in Island, stand unser Sommer-Sonne-Strand Urlaub ganz unter dem Motto „Nichts-tun und Entspannen“!

Das Problem: Ich bin leider nicht der Typ, der nur am Strand liegt und nichts tut. Wenn ich nicht gerade lese, sammle ich Muscheln, mache Fotos, probiere neue Sportarten aus, plane einen Tagestrip oder sorge für Cocktail-Nachschub. Eine echte Herausforderung also auch für meinen Freund mich endlich mal ruhig zu stellen. Wir machen einen Kompromiss und so machen wir ein paar kleine Ausflüge:

Auf einer Fernreise taucht man ein in fremde Kulturen, bewundert wunderschöne Landschaften und lernt neue interessante Menschen kennen. Fernreisen sind ein echtes Abenteuer für Körper, Geist und Seele. Meine bislang längste Fernreise war mein Auslandssemester in Japan. Letztes Jahr verbrachten mein Freund und ich dann drei Wochen in Bali und Singapur. Und auf meiner Bucket Liste stehen mit Vietnam, Chile, Seychellen und Kenia wieder weit entfernte Ziele. Wenn es euch auch so in die Ferne zieht, gibt es hier meine Tipps für die Reisevorbereitung:

My longest ever distance trip was my semester abroad in Japan. Last year my boyfriend and I spent three weeks in Bali and Singapore. Travel Run \\ Time out in Andalusia #1

In den letzten Wochen war ich etwas ruhiger, der Grund: Ich habe mir eine kleine Auszeit gegönnt und neue Kraft geschöpft. Es ging für eine Woche an die Costa de la Luz nach Südspanien.

Eigentlich wollte ich ja für zwei Woche nach Marokko und hatte auch schon einen tollen Trip geplant. Jedoch war meinem Freund die aktuelle Lage viel zu unsicher und so musste ich mich (recht ungern) umentschieden. Bei Reiseplanung habe ich leider einen ziemlich großen Dickkopf und ich ließ mich nur umstimmen mit dem Angebot, dass wir im Herbst noch ins Disneyland nach Paris fahren. Eigentlich recht clever von mit, so brachte ich meinen nicht ganz so reisefreudigen Freund dazu anstatt nur zweimal, jetzt dreimal dieses Jahr weg zu fahren. :)

In the last weeks I've been a little more quiet, the reason why, I gave myself a little time out and drew new strength. It went for a week at the Costa de la Luz to southern Spain.
Actually I wanted travel to Morocco for two week and I already planned a great trip. However, I have to cannceld this trip because for my my boyfriend the current situation in Morocco was too uncertain. In case of travel planning I unfortunately have a large hard head and my boyfriend just could change my mind with the offer that we will travel to Disneyland Paris this fall. Actually quite clever of me, with that now my not-travel-loving boyfriend travel three times this year inseat of just two times.:)

In unseren ersten drei Tagen in Island haben wir neben Reykjavík und eineabenteuerliche Lava-Höhlentour, die Must-See Sehenswürdigkeiten des GoldenenKreises bestaunt und Polarlichter gejagt. Was sollten wir in unseren letzten drei Tagen also noch erleben? Ich hätte selbst nicht gedacht, dass es NOCH besser werden könnte....

Falls ihr mich in der nächsten Woche vermisst, hat das den einfach Grund dass ich mich im hohen Norden in einem abenteurlichen Urlaub befinde. Morgen fliege ich in die kleine Hauptstadt Reykjavik - nach Island.

OOTD // Sightseeing in Singapore

Wie schon in meinem Sighseeing-Outfit durch Rom habe ich mir auch in Singapur die selben Gedanken gemacht. Welches Outfit passt am besten zum Citytrip durch die Löwenstadt?
Zum einen sollte der Look bequem sein aber das es ziemlich heiß und schwül in Singapur ist, zum anderen auch modern und chic. Gerade Asiaten legen viel Wert auf ihr Aussehen und geben viel Geld für Kleidung und Beautyprodukte aus. In fast keiner anderen Großstadt sieht man so viele gut und durch-gestylte Menschen wie in Asien. Hier mein Outfit: 

As in my Sighseeing outfit for Rome I made the same thoughts in Singapore. Which outfit is best for a City trip through the Lion City?
Firstly, the look should be comfortable but because it is quite hot and humid in Singapore, on the other hand modern and chic. Especially Asians attach great importance to their appearance and spend lots of money on clothes and beauty products. In almost any other major city you can see so many well-styled people like in Asia. Here my outfit:

Travel Run // Hold on Your Holiday Feeling

Gerade lag man noch am Strand stressfrei, ausgeschlafen und völlig tiefen-entspannt und nach einer Woche back at work hat man es wieder: den schnellen Zack-Zack Laufschritt, innere Unruhe, seitenweise ToDo-Listen und Schlafmangel. All die urlaubsbedingte Entspannung einfach so futsch. Aber muss das denn wirklich sein? Als ich letztes Jahr super-entspannt aus meinem Griechenland Urlaub kam und schon nach einer Woche wieder 100% Urlaubsreif war, merkte ich, dass ich etwas ändern muss. Daher habe ich mir dieses Jahr fest vorgenommen mehr aus meiner Bali-Reise zu machen und mein Urlaubs-Ich in den Alltag zu integrieren. Hier meine Tipps: 

Just one was still on the beach hassle free, well rested and completely relaxed - only after a week back at work one has done it again: the fast zag zag running modus, internal unrest, a huge todo lists and lack of sleep. All the holiday-related relaxation simply was gone. But does it really be like that? When I came back superrelaxed last year from my Greece vacation and after a week I already was 100 % in need of a holiday again , I realized that I need to change something. Therefore, I am determined to make this year more of my Bali trip and integrate my holiday in everyday life. Here are my tips:

Travel Run // Impressions from BALI

I am Back! 18 aufregende Tage (15 Tage Bali & 3 Tage Singapore) liegen hinter mir und NEIN ich bin nicht braun gebrannt aus Bali zurückgekehrt. Aus Vanille wurde ein zartes Karamell aber mehr auch nicht und das ist auch gut so. Wer nach einer Bali-Reise drei Make-up Nuancen dunkler zurückkehrt hat meines Erachtens einiges falsch gemacht. Nur-in-der-Sonne-Rumlieger sind mehr als 15 Stunden zufiel geflogen. Natürlich die Strände sind wunderschön, obwohl man ähnlich schöne (vielleicht sogar noch schönere) Sandstrände auch auf den griechischen Inseln und Formentera findet.
Bali ist was für Entdecker, für Neugierige, für Abenteuer. Die indonesische Insel lockt mit wundervollen Landschaften, fremder Kultur und Rituale, warmer Herzlichkeit, ungewohnten Gerüchen und Musik, leckerem Essen, wundervoller Flora und Fauna, farbenfrohe Unterwasserwelten, entspannte Bodenständigkeit sowie mystische Tempelanlagen und heilige Orte.

I am Back! 18 exciting days (15 days in Bali & 3 days in Singapore) are behind me and no I'm not tanned returned from Bali. From a delicate vanilla now caramel not more and that's a good thing. Who returns darker after a Bali trip in my opinion did anything quite wrong. For Just-in-the-sun-Layers is Bali not the right place to be. Of course, the beaches are beautiful, although one finds similar beautiful (maybe even more beautiful) beaches on the Greek Islands and Formentera.

Bali is for explorers, for the curious, for adventure. The Indonesian island has wonderful landscapes, foreign culture and rituals, warm cordiality, unfamiliar smells and music, delicious food, wonderful flora and fauna and colorful underwater worlds, relaxed earthiness and mystical temples and holy places.

Sommer, Sonne und Urlaub! Der Monat Juni wird überragt von meinem großen Sommerurlaub – fast drei Wochen weg vom Ländle. BALI - Raus aus der gewohnten Umgebung und der Arbeit und rein in eine unbekannte Kultur, Natur und Lebenseinstellung. Juni steht daher ganz im Zeichen “Reisebegleitung”.
Hier meine Favouriten im Monat Juni:

Summer, sun and holidays! The month of June is dominated by my great summer - nearly three weeks away from the little country. BALI - Get out of familiar surroundings and the work and into an unknown culture, nature and life. June therefore is dedicated to "travel companion".

Travel Run // Dolce Vita a Roma

ROM – Die ewige Stadt, Hauptstadt Italiens und meine kurze Auszeit vom Alltag.
Vom Samstag 25. April bis Dienstag 28. April verbrachten mein Freund und ich in Rom.
Die ganze Reise war doch eher eine spontane Idee. Unser großer Sommerurlaub ist erst im Juni, aber ich wollte einfach noch vorher dem grauen Deutschland entfliehen. Und so stieß ich bei meiner Reisesuche auf ein unschlagbares Angebot von Ryanair: Memmingen- Rom,  Hin-& Rückflug für 33,95€. Nicht lange überlegt und gebucht! Ich war zwar schon mal in Rom, aber das ist lange her, es war damals ein typischer Schulausflug im heißen Sommermonat. Mein Freund war dagegen noch nie in Rom und da er sich für alte Geschichte begeistert, freute er sich auch auf den kleinen Citytrip.
Zum Zeitraum passend fand ich auf meiner Lieblings-Hotelbuchseite booking.com ein tolles Hotelangebot und schon stand unser spontaner Trip. Wuhuuuu!

ROME - The Eternal City, the capital of Italy and my short break from everyday life.
From Saturday 25 April to Tuesday, April 28 my friend and I stayed in Rome.
The whole trip was rather a spontaneous idea. Our big summer vacation is far away in June, but I wanted now escape the gray weather in Germany. And so I met with my journey looking at an unbeatable offer from Ryanair: Memmingen- Rome, round trip flight for € 33.95. Not thinking long and booked! Although I´ve been in Rome once, but that was long ago, it was a typical school trip in the hot summer months. On the other hand my friend had never been to Rome and he is enthusiastic about ancient history, he was also pleased at the little City trip.
For the period suitably I found at my favorite hotel book homepage booking.com a great range of hotels and was already our impromptu trip. Wuhuuuu!

Der Monat April steht ganz im Zeichen der Natur: Das Wetter wird endlich wärmer, die ersten warmen Sonnenstrahlen (ich habe meinen ersten Sonnenbrand) die Bäume bekommen kleine Knospen, die ersten Blumen blühen, es richt nach frischen Gras und Sommer!
Passend dazu sind meine Liebling für den April in den Erdtönen Beige und Kaki gehalten sowie Naturprodukte wie Bernstein und geflochtene Leine.

Shopping Run // Glacis Galerie in Neu-Ulm

Im März 2015 eröffnete in Neu-Ulm das neue Einkaufzentrum "Glacis-Galerie" mit einer Gesamtfläche von 110.000m² und einer Gesamt-Verkaufsfläche von 27.500m². Neue große Konkurrenz also zum bestehenden Blautal-Center in Ulm und natürlich zu den Einzelhändler in der Innenstadt von Ulm und Neu-Ulm. Natürlich wurde es nachdem sich der große Eröffnungansturm mal gelegt hatte Zeit, dass ich dem neuen Shopping-Tempel einen Besuch abstatte.

In March 2015, in Neu-Ulm opened the new shopping center "Glacis-Galerie" with a total area of 110,000m² and a total sales area of 27.500m². New big competition so the existing Blautal Center in Ulm and of course to the retailers in the city center of Ulm and Neu-Ulm. Of course I have to visit the new shopping temple.

Eva's Life // Ganbatte Nihon! 頑張って 日本

Heute jährt sich die Tsunami Katastrophe in Japan zum vierten mal - am 11.03.2011 prallte ein mächtiger Tsunami, ausgelöst von einem schweren Erdbeben auf die japanische Ostküste um Sendai.
Die Schäden am Atomkraftwerk Fukushima führten daraufhin zu einer Kernschmelze. Noch heute ist das Gebiet um den Reaktor nicht bewohnbar.

Today, the tsunami disaster in Japan will mark the fourth time - on 11/03/2011 bounced a powerful tsunami, triggered by an earthquake on the japanese east coast around the city Sendai.The damage to the Fukushima nuclear power plant subsequently conducted a meltdown. Even today, the area around the reactor is not habitable.
