Travel Run // Hold on Your Holiday Feeling

Gerade lag man noch am Strand stressfrei, ausgeschlafen und völlig tiefen-entspannt und nach einer Woche back at work hat man es wieder: den schnellen Zack-Zack Laufschritt, innere Unruhe, seitenweise ToDo-Listen und Schlafmangel. All die urlaubsbedingte Entspannung einfach so futsch. Aber muss das denn wirklich sein? Als ich letztes Jahr super-entspannt aus meinem Griechenland Urlaub kam und schon nach einer Woche wieder 100% Urlaubsreif war, merkte ich, dass ich etwas ändern muss. Daher habe ich mir dieses Jahr fest vorgenommen mehr aus meiner Bali-Reise zu machen und mein Urlaubs-Ich in den Alltag zu integrieren. Hier meine Tipps: 

Just one was still on the beach hassle free, well rested and completely relaxed - only after a week back at work one has done it again: the fast zag zag running modus, internal unrest, a huge todo lists and lack of sleep. All the holiday-related relaxation simply was gone. But does it really be like that? When I came back superrelaxed last year from my Greece vacation and after a week I already was 100 % in need of a holiday again , I realized that I need to change something. Therefore, I am determined to make this year more of my Bali trip and integrate my holiday in everyday life. Here are my tips:

Travel Run // Dolce Vita a Roma

ROM – Die ewige Stadt, Hauptstadt Italiens und meine kurze Auszeit vom Alltag.
Vom Samstag 25. April bis Dienstag 28. April verbrachten mein Freund und ich in Rom.
Die ganze Reise war doch eher eine spontane Idee. Unser großer Sommerurlaub ist erst im Juni, aber ich wollte einfach noch vorher dem grauen Deutschland entfliehen. Und so stieß ich bei meiner Reisesuche auf ein unschlagbares Angebot von Ryanair: Memmingen- Rom,  Hin-& Rückflug für 33,95€. Nicht lange überlegt und gebucht! Ich war zwar schon mal in Rom, aber das ist lange her, es war damals ein typischer Schulausflug im heißen Sommermonat. Mein Freund war dagegen noch nie in Rom und da er sich für alte Geschichte begeistert, freute er sich auch auf den kleinen Citytrip.
Zum Zeitraum passend fand ich auf meiner Lieblings-Hotelbuchseite booking.com ein tolles Hotelangebot und schon stand unser spontaner Trip. Wuhuuuu!

ROME - The Eternal City, the capital of Italy and my short break from everyday life.
From Saturday 25 April to Tuesday, April 28 my friend and I stayed in Rome.
The whole trip was rather a spontaneous idea. Our big summer vacation is far away in June, but I wanted now escape the gray weather in Germany. And so I met with my journey looking at an unbeatable offer from Ryanair: Memmingen- Rome, round trip flight for € 33.95. Not thinking long and booked! Although I´ve been in Rome once, but that was long ago, it was a typical school trip in the hot summer months. On the other hand my friend had never been to Rome and he is enthusiastic about ancient history, he was also pleased at the little City trip.
For the period suitably I found at my favorite hotel book homepage booking.com a great range of hotels and was already our impromptu trip. Wuhuuuu!
