Wie nun schon des Öfteren in meinen Posts erwähnt fühle ich mich mit Japan sehr verbunden, insbesondere nach meinem sechsmonatigen Auslandssemester in Hiroshima. Das ist jedoch schon 4 Jahre her und es gibt so Einiges, was ich immer noch back in Germany vermisse. Besonders kleine Dinge sind es die den Alltag in Japan so aufregend, neu und anders machen. Angefangen von den witzigen Pieps-tönen welche die Ampel in der Grünphase von sich geben bis zu den unglaublichen Leckereien, welche jeden Supermarkt-Besuch zum Abenteuer werden lassen.

Japanische Süßigkeiten sind nicht nur unglaublich niedlich, bunt und süß, sonder vor allem auch ungewöhnlich und wirklich hübsch. In Japan isst das Auge definitiv mit. Für alle die Pocky & Co. auch so vermissen oder einfach nur ein Stückchen Japan zu Hause haben wollen, gibt es die JAPAN CANDY BOX.

Like I mentioned in some posts before, inside I am Japanese, especially after my six-month semester abroad in Hiroshima. However, the's been 4 years and I still miss so many thinks in Japan back here in Germany. There are so many things in Japan which make everyday life so exciting, new and different. From the funny beeping tones from the traffic lights up to the incredible goodies, which make a visit of the supermarket to an adventure.

Japanese sweets are not only incredibly cute, colorful and sweet, but also unusual and really pretty. In Japan you eat with your eyes. For all who also miss Pocky & Co. or just wanna have a piece of Japan at home, there is the JAPAN CANDY BOX.

Travel Run \\ Tips for a long-distance Journey

Sommerzeit ist Urlaubszeit! Reisen in weiter entfernte Länder werden dabei immer beliebter. Auf einer Fernreise taucht man ein in fremde Kulturen, bewundert wunderschöne Landschaften und lernt neue interessante Menschen kennen. Fernreisen sind ein echtes Abenteuer für Körper, Geist und Seele. Meine bislang längste Fernreise war mein Auslandssemester in Japan. Letztes Jahr verbrachten mein Freund und ich dann drei Wochen in Bali und Singapur. Und auf meiner Bucket Liste stehen mit Vietnam, Chile, Seychellen und Kenia wieder weit entfernte Ziele. Wenn es euch auch so in die Ferne zieht, gibt es hier meine Tipps für die Reisevorbereitung:

Summertime is vacation time! Traveling to distant countries are becoming increasingly popular. On a long-distance trip you explore foreign cultures, admired beautiful landscapes and meet new interesting people. Long distance journeys are a real adventure for body, mind and soul. My longest ever distance trip was my semester abroad in Japan. Last year my boyfriend and I spent three weeks in Bali and Singapore. And on my bucket list are still more far far away targets like Vietnam, Chile, Seychelles and Kenya. If you also like to do a long-distance journey, here are my tips for the travel preparations:

Wir sind gerade erst im Sommer 2016 angekommen, doch der Modezirkus hat sich bereits gedreht. So fand Ende Juni die Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in Berlin statt, auf der nationale und internationale Designer Ihre Looks für den Sommer 2017 präsentierten. Ich habe mich durch die Kollektionen geklickt und war doch etwas enttäuscht. Wirklich viel neues gibt es nicht... Viele Looks kommen sehr bekannt vor. Doch dies hat auch seine Vorteile so können wir schon heute im Sommer-Sale die Teile ergattern welche uns im nächsten Jahr auch noch Freude bereiten. Hier also nicht nur eine Trendvorschau der Berliner Designer für 2017, sondern auch eine Shopping-Liste für euren Sommer Sale Einkauf:

I clicked my way through the collections and was a bit disappointed. Really there is not much new ... Many Looks were very familiar. But this also has its advantages as we can already get hold of the parts now on Summer Sale. Travel Run \\ Time out in Andalusia #1

In den letzten Wochen war ich etwas ruhiger, der Grund: Ich habe mir eine kleine Auszeit gegönnt und neue Kraft geschöpft. Es ging für eine Woche an die Costa de la Luz nach Südspanien.

Eigentlich wollte ich ja für zwei Woche nach Marokko und hatte auch schon einen tollen Trip geplant. Jedoch war meinem Freund die aktuelle Lage viel zu unsicher und so musste ich mich (recht ungern) umentschieden. Bei Reiseplanung habe ich leider einen ziemlich großen Dickkopf und ich ließ mich nur umstimmen mit dem Angebot, dass wir im Herbst noch ins Disneyland nach Paris fahren. Eigentlich recht clever von mit, so brachte ich meinen nicht ganz so reisefreudigen Freund dazu anstatt nur zweimal, jetzt dreimal dieses Jahr weg zu fahren. :)

In the last weeks I've been a little more quiet, the reason why, I gave myself a little time out and drew new strength. It went for a week at the Costa de la Luz to southern Spain.
Actually I wanted travel to Morocco for two week and I already planned a great trip. However, I have to cannceld this trip because for my my boyfriend the current situation in Morocco was too uncertain. In case of travel planning I unfortunately have a large hard head and my boyfriend just could change my mind with the offer that we will travel to Disneyland Paris this fall. Actually quite clever of me, with that now my not-travel-loving boyfriend travel three times this year inseat of just two times.:)

OOTD \\ The stories behind the look...

In meinem Look heute geht es nicht um aktuelle Trend-Items der neuen Saison, sondern um einen Look der einige Teile enthält, welche ich auch noch nächste und übernächste Saison tragen werde. Nicht nur weil die Teile viel kombinierbar sind und zu meinem Stil passen, sondern auch weil jedes eine kleine Geschichte erzählt.
Gerade weil die Modewelt jeden Monat neue Must-Haves und It-Pieces ausspuckt, ist es immer wichtiger einige Kleidungsstücke zu besitzen, die man über Jahre tragen kann und dennoch nie den Reiz verlieren. Nachhaltigkeit ist auch in der Modewelt ein wichtiges Wort!

My look today is not about the latest trend-items of the season, the look contains some clothes which I'll wear even next and next season. Not only because the parts are much combined and fit my style, but also because each tells a little story.
Because the fashion world spits new must-haves and it-pieces every month, it is increasingly important to have some clothes that can be worn for years and yet never lose the charm. Sustainability is also in the fashion world an important word!

Travel Run \ ICELAND #3 – Six Days around Reykjavík (Part 2)

In unseren ersten drei Tagen in Island haben wir neben Reykjavík und eineabenteuerliche Lava-Höhlentour, die Must-See Sehenswürdigkeiten des GoldenenKreises bestaunt und Polarlichter gejagt. Was sollten wir in unseren letzten drei Tagen also noch erleben? Ich hätte selbst nicht gedacht, dass es NOCH besser werden könnte....

During our first three days in Iceland, we have admired alongside Reykjavík and anadventurous lava cave tour, the must-see sights of the Golden Circle and chasedauroras. What should we meet in our last three experiences so still? I had not even thought that it could be even better…
